Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary, we respectfully ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month. – Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. – ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled. Skin Testing Policy Octopus have a duty of care to make sure that you are protected in these circumstances! The best way of ensuring that you are allergy free when it comes to hair colouring, is to come into our Salon 2 days prior the application of hair colour. Here you can have specific skin test done with the hair colour range that we use in our salon. This is without a doubt the safest and most efficient way of detecting any allergies that may cause damage to your skin!
Free Roam Policy At Octopus Hair, we consider ourselves to be a Free Roam Salon. We do understand that you may wish to move to a different stylist and we promise not to be offended if you do. We regard you as a guest of our salon. We offer you the option to select the stylist of your choice or change each time you visit.
