As stylists, there’s nothing more we love than creating beautiful hair for our clients, and one of the things we pride ourselves on, is delivering the style and colour you want. That’s why, from the moment you walk into the salon and we say hello, our focus will be on you. 
It’s so important to listen and understand what our clients want and that’s why we ensure a hair consultation is included in every appointment. Our stylists are trained to ask the right questions and we’re also the best listeners so will be able to answer yours and offer advice and suggestions if you need it. That way, when it’s time for you to leave, you will be walking out with not only the look you were hoping for when you walked in, but also with a big, happy Octopus smile on your face too! 
The time spent sitting with you and talking through ideas, looks and colours is invaluable, not just for you, but for us, which is why we don’t take it for granted. It’s an essential part of your appointment that we love. After all, there’s nothing better than getting excited with our clients about hair, especially when you want to try something new!
